Cragvale is a doing business as name (d.b.a) owned by Ryan S. Farnham of Hartford Vermont, U.S.A.
By purchasing from Cragvale or using Cragvale services you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payments

  • Payments processing is handled by Unity Technologies through the Unity AssetStore.

Refunds

  • Generally all sales are final since source code is provided and there is no way to disable a product from being used after a refund.
  • Refunds are considered on a per case basis based on conditions such as:
    • a bug not able to be fixed in a timely fashion (within 1-2 weeks),
    • or a mistake in the marketing materials such as but not limited to mention of a feature being available but is actually not yet available,
    • or in some situations where a end user thought the product would perform in a certain way by misunderstanding.

Customer Support

  • Customer support is handled through support tickets, you may create a support ticket by clicking here.
  • Customer support is available five days per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
    Support is not available on Wednesdays at this time, this is why we provide support on Saturday.
  • Customer support hours are from 12pm to 8pm New York City time (GMT -5:00).
  • Most issues are resolved on the same day.
  • Complex issues may overrun into the next business day.
