Cragvale's purpose
Cragvale is a unique, affordable service providing cloud data storage solutions catering to smaller users such as App developers and personal / small business websites and services. It was formed out of frustration and passion due to the shark-filled waters of big data and their complex pricing schemes, hidden fees, and junk fees. Therefore, Cragvale was founded to address these issues by providing an up-front service that is both transparent and as easy to use as possible.
In order to do so, Cragvale uses both in-house-developed software wherever it can and open-source software wherever it can't, as well as using a system of interconnected host nodes and reverse proxy servers to distribute workloads across multiple servers in various data-centers of which we only partner with such data-centers that do not charge for bandwidth as a means of reducing costs which helps us to compete against the majority of the big players in the industry.

Founder and chief visionary, Ryan, is the driving force behind the service.
He loves creating solutions to common issues and, with his 28 years of programming experience, he has the knowledge to get it done. Ryan also loves nature, pizza, and programming.
Our core tenets
Multiple services under one pricing model!
Other providers are purposefully making their pricing models confusing so that you never know precisely how much you will be spending with them.
They have made things so complicated that even their price calculation tools are needlessly complex!
We base our service around the bucket, billing you for the amount of space you reserve for your buckets.
That's it, simple as that, there are no hidden or junk fees as you are simply paying for a reservation of storage space and everything else is included with it!
Cragvale uses the "Keep It Simple, Stupid" principle as one of its core tenets, meaning that we seek to make things as simple as possible both for ourselves and our customers
by removing as many unnecessary steps and practices as-well-as the need for fine print.
Transparency and ease of use is our business model.
We specify everything up-front without resorting to fine print.
We do not bill our customers for things we do not pay for ourselves (junk fees), and we do not have any hidden fees, period. Refreshing, is it not?!
No special software or SDKs
We do not require you to use any plugins, SDKs, or software of any kind in order to interface with our service as we use a generic REST API which you can use an
HTTP POST to make you requests.
We're secure by default.
We use 256-bit TLS for transmitting all data including between our internal network nodes and we use AES256-GSM encryption for all stored data.
We have designed our service to offer solutions for hobbyists, small to medium businesses, app developers, and code tinkerers such as those who create projects on
Glitch, DhiWise, AWS Lambda, Webflow, and others.
With Cragvale, your data is stored in a raw exportable format, meaning it is kept the same way that you had uploaded it. To export your data JSON data simply use the
exportJSON URI and to export KeyValue data simply use the exportKV URI. See API Information for further details.
